Hierbei spielt es keine Rolle, ob der Cobot auf einem mobilen Handwagen, AGV oder FTS montiert ist.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Bis jetzt kam hierf\u00fcr nur ein Kamerasystem oder ein kompliziertes Nullspannsystem in Frage.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Bei beiden Varianten werden die Drehachse RX, RY, RZ nicht ber\u00fccksichtigt und m\u00fcssen manuell eingestellt werden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: center;\">So aber nicht beim MFT. Der MFT ist in der Lage, nach dem Erreichen seiner End Position im Socket, \u00fcber ein Langloch im MFT und einem Stift im Socket auch seine Drehposition zu referenzieren.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Nach dem Erreichen seiner Referenzpositionen erstellt er ein neues Koordinatensystem und rechnet die Abweichung gegen das alte Koordinatensystem vom vorher programmierten Programm f\u00fcr die aktuellen Arbeitsstation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Hiernach wechselt er \u00fcber unser Schnellwechselsystem von SmartShift das Werkzeug und beginnt mit seiner Arbeit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: center;\">Dies kann so, an vielen verschiedenen Stationen in Ihrem Unternehmen wiederholt werden.
